The Music of Led Zeppelin: A Rock Symphony

Bridging the gap between rock music and classical music, conductor/arranger Brent Havens creates a truly unique listening experience with the timeless songs of Led Zeppelin. Performed by the Peoria Symphony Orchestra and amplified with a full rock band, Havens and his ensemble capture Led Zeppelin’s sheer blast and power riff for riff while creating new musical colors with the addition of the orchestra. Vocalist Randy Jackson (lead singer of the band Zebra) is the next best thing to having Robert Plant himself on stage. Heightened by rock concert lighting, this symphonic rock hybrid has been met with overwhelming excitement and approval.
